The height of the neck support bolster is 8cm in the area for sleeping on your back and grows to 10cm thick along the sides to provide comfort while sleeping on your side. The height along the upper head support bolster is 11cm. The additional foam insert is 1.5cm thick.

I am very happy with my Omnia pillow . I am a side sleeper and was often waking up with horrible “ sleep wrinkles “ which were taking a few hours to disappear. By coincidence I watched an youtube video where someone was talking about this pillow, I had never heard of it nor I thought something like that even existed! I was hesitant because of the price and thought that maybe I would have not managed to sleep with it . In the end I went for it with the Tencel pillowcase and an extra silk pillowcase . The pillow arrived in a few days , I didn’t need time to get used to it at all , as I was already using a memory foam orthopaedic pillow which was several years old so I was anyway thinking of changing it . This pillow is SO comfortable, it’s softer than my previous orthopaedic pillow but still gives support to the neck when lying on the back , and my face fits perfectly in the space when lying on the side . I have had maybe twice sleep wrinkles when waking up since , probably I was sleeping with my cheek in between the hole and the flat part but definitely not as deep as I used to get them and they disappeared very quickly . I find the silk pillowcase softer than the Tencel one , I have just ordered 2 extra silk pillowcases so I can change them often as suggested. I wash the Tencel pillowcase in the washing machine , delicate cycle at 30’ but quickly hand wash the silk one , as suggested by customer service who replied very quickly to my question. So I definitely recommend this pillow, it’s not cheap but for me definitely worth it !

This is a well made, researched and designed pillow - and has solved the problem for me. I noticed that one side of my eyes had more significant wrinkles than the other and eventually twigged that it was the way in which my face was squashed every night while sleeping on my side. The Omnia has been easy to get used to and will permanently replace my mixture of three firm to medium, very expensive down pillows. The pillow case it came with is beautifully made as well. The delivery and everything else from company's distributors in the UK were superlative. Probably, because of the shape of the pillowcase and the work that goes into it, it is somewhat expensive but it would be a bonus if the standard pillow cases were less expensive.

I love the Omnia pillow and found it comfy from the very first night. It took me a while to get used to keeping my head in the correct position as I turn several times in the night (and really smush my face into the pillow). After some time and practice, I’ve improved a lot and the morning creases I get are much less than they were. Definitely worth sticking with it!! I really want to get the silk pillowcase as I think it will be even better, but the Tencel pillowcase is still really good. Very happy overall!

My main problem is morning puffiness, as I like burying my face in the pillow. In the morning, my face looks swollen and riddled with pillow creases. I spent a long time deciding whether or not to buy the Sleep&Glow pillow, as it costs a lot, but eventually I decided to try it. In the beginning, it seemed a bit strange, but I quickly got used to it after only one night. I was surprised how comfortable it was. After the first night, I noticed that my swelling decreased slightly. In two weeks, my overall complexion looks healthier.

This pillow is a great idea, but as a petite lady 5' 1" it was not sized for me. Be Careful, there is only a 2 week return policy. So you barely get to try it and they have to receive it by 2 weeks from the date you purchased it. I thought it was 30 days. So I'm stuck with a pillow that is too high for my neck. I purchased this pillow after a Youtube review.
