The height of the neck support bolster is 8cm in the area for sleeping on your back and grows to 10cm thick along the sides to provide comfort while sleeping on your side. The height along the upper head support bolster is 11cm. The additional foam insert is 1.5cm thick.

Been using mine for a week now. I really like this pillow .I been sleeping better, I sleep with a cpap and with the sides of this pillow, sure helps with the hose and mask from cpap .,Plus it helps with lines of my face i get from the cpap mask due to the indentions on this pillow really like that.. After spending so much money on so many different pillows to help with neck pain I researched and this pillow kept getting great reviews. At first I didn't want to pay that much for a pillow but the more I thought about it I spent that much on so many pillows and I liked knowing if I did not like it I could return it.
